The Conversation Messages section displays the complete message history of a specific conversation between a user and the agent.

Conversation identifier

At the top, the Conversation UUID is displayed, uniquely identifying the selected conversation. This identifier is useful for traceability, auditing, and debugging.

Filters

Allows you to filter messages by text within the conversation.

Last user message

Displays the last message sent by the user, providing a quick reference to the current state of the conversation.

Messages table

The table displays the messages in the conversation in chronological order.

# Sequential number of the message within the conversation.

Time Date and time when the message was sent.

Role Indicates who sent the message:

  • User: message sent by the user.

  • Agent: response generated by the agent.

Message Full content of the sent message.

Knowledge Sources

Agent responses display the knowledge sources used to generate the answer. Each source corresponds to a document configured in the system.

ℹ️ Note Sources are shown only when the agent’s response is based on internal documentation.

Use cases

This section is especially useful for:

  • Reviewing the quality of agent responses.

  • Seeing which documents are actually being used.

  • Detecting incomplete or poorly contextualized answers.

  • Auditing support or sales conversations.

Notes

💡 Tip Use the search filter to quickly locate key terms within long conversations.
