Knowledge Docs

The Docs module allows you to manage the documentation that the agent uses as its knowledge base to respond to users.


Document list

This view displays all available documents. Each row includes:

  • ID: internal document identifier.

  • Title: document name.

  • Description: brief summary of the content.

Available actions

Open Opens the document in read-only mode.

Edit Allows you to modify the document content or its metadata.

Delete (❌) Permanently deletes the document.

⚠️ Warning When a document is deleted, it becomes immediately unavailable to the agent.


Filters and global actions

At the top of the list, you will find the following options:

  • Filter by text: search documents by text.

  • Filter: apply the entered filter.

  • Reset: clear active filters.

  • + Create Doc: open the form to create a new document.

  • Delete PDFs: remove PDF files associated with existing documents.
