Document fields
ID
Unique document identifier. It is generated automatically and does not need to be modified.
Title
Document title. It should be clear and representative of the content.
URL
The URL from which the document content will be extracted.
PDF file used as the source to generate the document. The maximum allowed file size is 25 MB.
Instructions
This field defines the instructions the system will follow to process the document content. Here you can specify, among other things:
Maximum summary length.
Language of the generated content.
Output format (HTML with headings and paragraphs).
Rules about what type of information should be included or excluded.
These instructions determine how the original content is transformed into usable knowledge for the agent.

Custom Prompt (optional)
Allows you to add additional instructions that complement the main instructions. It is recommended to use this field for specific adjustments or special cases.

By clicking Generate doc!, the system processes the content and creates the document, which will be immediately available in the document list and for the agent.
The provided content is not being generated
If your content comes from a website, check that your site does not block web scraping. Scraping restrictions can prevent the AI engine from extracting information from the page. Additionally, make sure the website content is concise and well structured. Otherwise, the system may fail to extract the content or return a timeout with empty output.
If your content comes from a PDF, it is recommended that the document does not exceed 4 pages. As with web content, ensure the PDF format is correct (titles, subtitles, pagination, etc.) and that its structure is clear. Otherwise, the system may also return empty content or a timeout.
