Chat Widget
Instructions about how to install the chat widget in your website.
Enable the widget
Enable the Enable widget option to activate the chat in this environment.
Basic settings
Widget title
Text displayed at the top of the chat.
Button label
Text displayed on the floating chat button.
Open by default
If enabled, the chat opens automatically when the page loads.
Embed the widget
Embed script
Copy the provided script and insert it before the closing <body> tag on your website.
💡 Tip The widget can be embedded on any website where you have permission.
Allowed embed domains
Define the domains or URLs from which the widget is allowed to load. One domain or URL per line.
Position & size
Configure the widget’s position and dimensions:
Position: corner of the screen.
Offset X / Y: distance from the edge.
Width / Height: size of the chat panel.
Z-index: priority over other elements on the page.
Colors & typography
Customize the chat’s visual appearance:
Font size.
Border, header, and bubble colors.
Custom or predefined color palette.

Save & preview
Save widget: saves the changes.
Preview widget: previews the widget before publishing.
